Particularly on the cars if the taxes are not too high no’ of cars will go high where we don’t have sufficient infrastructure to manage the traffic. Still I don’t like this high taxes. But just a thought .

One needs to pay to live in this country !!
The air you breathe, the water you use, the soil you use ??
The infrastructure you use.

The car is not stationery. It is a moving space which needs more space to run or park !!

With remaining salary you purchased grocery and paid 5-12% GST
You paid for petrol and toll on that car: again some taxes

Etc etc

Now you are left with hardly 4-5 lacs and govt take away all you salary
