Money Laundering Case: Three Vivo-India Executives’ ED Custody Extended by Two Days by Court

A Delhi court on Tuesday gave three Vivo-India executives under the Enforcement Directorate’s custody for an additional two days in connection with a money laundering case against the Chinese smartphone manufacturer and others.

Extra Meetings On an application made by the Enforcement Directorate, Judge Aparna Swami extended the custody of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Harinder Dahiya, consultant Hemant Munjal, and Interim CEO of Vivo-India Hong Xuquan, also known as Terry.

After their initial three-day ED custody period expired, the accused appeared in court.
